Reported prices for premium gas in Weber County averaged $3.09 per gallon.
Weber County had 45 of 89 reported gas stations offering premium gas.
For comparison, the average price of premium gas in Utah was $3.14 per gallon for the week ending Jan. 3, down from the previous week.
U.S. gas prices continue to decline after reaching their lowest level since 2021, according to GasBuddy. The group projects the national average could dip below $2.80 per gallon during the holiday period, driven by increased oil production and lower seasonal demand.
