Central Washington Wildcats, featuring former Fremont High School standout Sierra Eddie, claimed an 81-73 victory over the Vanguard Lions on Saturday, March 14, in the NCAA Division II Basketball Tournament.

Hosted at Nicholson Arena at 7:30 p.m., this game marked the first tournament contest against the Vanguard Lions.

Central Washington is scheduled to face its next opponent on Monday, March 16, at 7 p.m. at Nicholson Arena.
