The office of Congressman Blake Moore has been recognized with the Congressional Management Foundation’s (CMF) Democracy Award for Constituent Service. The award highlights the office’s work in providing constituent services to residents of Utah’s First District.

Congressman Moore’s office was selected for its communication with constituents, casework protocols, community outreach, regular town hall events and roundtable discussions, weekly e-newsletter, and efforts to reach constituents through various methods.

“Team Moore’s primary focus has been and will always be constituent service. We put a strong emphasis on getting out into communities, engaging with Utahns, helping with questions and casework, being a consistent resource, and providing seamless services and experiences,” Congressman Blake Moore said. “Serving and representing my constituents in Congress is the most fulfilling work I do, and I couldn’t do it without my teams in Ogden and Washington. We’re receiving this award because of their hard work, and I thank them for their service to the First District and to the constituents who trust us with their casework and stay engaged in what we’re doing.”

Jen Daulby, CEO of the Congressional Management Foundation, commented on the recognition: “This award honors what lies at the heart of public service: showing up for the people you represent. Rep. Blake Moore’s commitment to resolving constituent issues with empathy, persistence, and attention to detail sets a gold standard for what excellent casework looks like.”

The Best of Constituent Service Award acknowledges offices that show dedication to resolving individual issues for constituents by providing personalized support.

Blake Moore has represented Utah’s 1st district in Congress since 2021 after succeeding Rob Bishop. He was born in Ogden in 1980 and currently lives in Salt Lake City. Moore graduated from the University of Utah in 2005 with a bachelor’s degree.
