Senator Mike Lee has recently addressed a range of national and state issues in several posts on his social media account.

On November 17, 2025, Lee commented on border security and human trafficking, stating, “Important, and sadly necessary. The Biden border invasion resulted in the largest human trafficking operation our country has ever seen, with thousands of children unaccounted for.”

The following day, November 18, Lee highlighted Utah’s role in nuclear energy innovation. He wrote, “Utah is driving the nuclear revival. Brigham City’s new effort to manufacture advanced reactor parts and train a skilled workforce to support new nuclear energy deployment shows how communities can shape the future of American energy. This is a smart move for our state and” In this post, Lee referenced local initiatives supporting advanced nuclear manufacturing and workforce development.

Later that same day, Lee discussed legislative strategy regarding Senate procedures: “How to break the next Democrat filibuster: We force them to actually stand and talk 24/7 until they give up.”

Senator Mike Lee represents Utah in the U.S. Senate. His recent comments come amid ongoing debates about U.S. border policy under President Biden’s administration and efforts by some states to advance nuclear technology as part of their energy portfolios.
