As of April 1, 2026, Arizona’s average attorney salaries ranged from $95,825 for entry-level attorneys managing routine legal work (Attorney I) to $242,617 for experienced attorneys overseeing complex cases independently (Attorney V). Attorneys at the mid-level, such as Attorney III—responsible for highly complex work with moderate supervision—earned an average of $179,597 in Arizona, compared with $187,549 nationally.
