Rep. Ryan D. Wilcox, a member of the Utah House of Representatives, has recently posted several statements on his official X (formerly Twitter) account addressing legislative procedures, civil rights, and educational technology.

Later that day, Rep. Wilcox referenced historic legislation in a brief post: ” #CivilRightsAct anyone? https://t.co/dVmQh4y7vI” (March 9, 2026).
On March 10, 2026, he questioned education policy regarding technology distribution: “That tracks. Real questions about the value of issuing #chromebooks to every child by default. https://t.co/Zz76HyLopi” (March 10, 2026).
Wilcox’s remarks come amid ongoing national discussions about Senate procedural reforms such as the talking filibuster—a proposal which would require senators to physically hold the floor in order to block legislation—and debates over equitable access to technology in public schools.
