Blake Moore shares reflections on leadership and sports achievement

Congressman Blake Moore, representing Utah's 1st district in the U.S. Congress since 2021, recently shared several updates and reflections through his social media platform. Moore, who succeeded Rob Bishop, was born in Ogden, Utah in 1980 and currently resides in Salt Lake City.

On February 17, 2025, Congressman Moore commemorated Presidents Day by acknowledging the contributions of past leaders to the nation. He expressed his appreciation for those who have exemplified values such as service and freedom. "Happy Presidents Day! Today we honor our history of leaders who have strengthened our country and exemplified the values of service, perseverance, and freedom."

The following day, on February 18, 2025, Moore turned his attention to sports achievements. He celebrated Wayne Estes' upcoming induction into the College Basketball Hall of Fame. Reflecting on this recognition, he noted it as both well-deserved and overdue. "Every Aggie basketball fan wonders what could have been… but I’m excited to learn that Wayne Estes will be inducted into the College Basketball Hall of Fame. Well deserved and long overdue!"

On February 19, 2025, Congressman Moore announced an upcoming tele-town hall scheduled for February 25th at 2 PM MT. He invited constituents to join him for updates from Washington and a session for questions and answers. "I look forward to hosting my first tele-town hall of the year on Tuesday, February 25th at 2pm MT! These are always a great way for me to share updates from Washington & answer your questions."
