Weber State Athletics announced on May 6 that it will hold two Coaches Caravan events this week for fans to meet new football head coach Eric Kjar and new men’s basketball head coach Kaleb Canales.
The events aim to give Wildcat supporters an opportunity to get acquainted with the coaches as they introduce themselves and discuss their teams and upcoming seasons. Both gatherings are open to the public at no cost, and all fans are encouraged to attend.
The first event is scheduled for Friday, May 8, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at 1670 N Harvard Ave., Washington, Utah. The second event will take place on Saturday, May 9, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Stewart Stadium’s fourth floor in Ogden.
“Wildcat fans, here is your chance to get to know two new Weber State head coaches!” the organization said in its announcement.
Those interested in attending are asked by organizers to RSVP ahead of time.
