The Weber State women’s track and field team announced on April 15 that it will participate in two upcoming competitions: the Bryan Clay Invitational in Azusa, California, from April 16 to 18, and the Oregon Team Challenge in Eugene, Oregon, from April 17 to 18.
These events are significant opportunities for the Wildcats as they continue their season. The Bryan Clay Invitational is a well-attended meet that often draws top collegiate athletes. Meanwhile, the Oregon Team Challenge offers another chance for athletes to compete at a high level.
According to the announcement, Saturday running events at the Oregon Team Challenge will be broadcast on the Big Ten Network (BTN), while all of Friday’s events and Saturday’s throwing competitions will be available on B1G+ streaming service.
After these meets conclude, Weber State will travel again next week to participate in the Aggie Invitational hosted by Utah State University on April 24-25.
The upcoming schedule provides multiple opportunities for athletes to achieve qualifying marks and gain experience against strong competition.
